Sovetskoe Sparkling

"Sovetskoe" White Semi Sweet Sparkling

This perfect example of real art was born in a burst of creative inspiration of winemakers. Freshness and tenderness complement its well balanced bouquet.

It is manufactured on a basis of progressive production technology of automated sparkling wines as much as possible approximated to the traditional one.

Raw material: Elite sorts of Aligote, Pinot, Riesling, Sylvaner, Sauvignon, and Traminer grapes.
Color: From light-straw to goldish tint.
Sugar content: 6 - 6,5%.

"Sovetskoe" White Semi Dry Sparkling

The finest quality 'champagne' styled sparkling wine. A blend of elite sorts of Feteasca, Riesling, Sylvaner, Sauvignon, and Chardonnay grapes, its elegant bouquet bears ideal balance of complementing fresh, biscuity flavours. With a satisfying richness and refreshing nature, it is perfect as an aperitif or with light meals.

Raw material: Elite sorts of Feteasca, Riesling, Sylvaner, Sauvignon, and Chardonnay grapes.
Color: Light-straw.
Sugar content: 4 - 4,5%.

Original Russian sparkling wine which was called in USSR 'KRIMSKOE CHAMPAGNE'. Prepared by old traditional French Champagne technology in Crimean region of Ukraine.
